Good day Eddy and A.J. - Thanks for the info and I expect some news about filing quite soon according to PAR's last release. I know that the VSE has changed their documentation in the past two days in preparation for the merger of the two exchanges and one lawyer I spoke to mentioned it is a "difficult paper transition" with respect to filing. I hope this is the case. Does anyone know where Lillian has been lately? I would love to get her opinion on this forum - good bad or indifferent - as she has an exceptional grasp on this sector. Also at what point do you think that KRT will sell out their position on PAR? The Barber
