Some of the others who have been in the stock much longer can probably speak more accurately than I can, but I was under the impression that this whole issue came to light last year. I am not sure what happened, but I thought the legal ramifications had already been dealt with..... BAM, Sleeper, anyone?

Sort of the pot calling the kettle black? Funny that ESPN features this story. Think Walt's offended by DIS' steamy movies distributed through Touchstone, Hollywood and Miramax?!

Don't recall history, but controversy's a non-starter.
