No doubt-- everyone else took the high school history lessons hook line and sinker....

Let me pose a question to you. If you are going on the street and you see a guy MERCILESSLY whip "his" yelping dog. Would you:
a>Go your way. It never happened...
b>Tell him to stop
c>Call the cops on him
d> "b" and if no avail "c"

I would think most people would choose "b", "c" or "d". Reason: Its your moral obligation to prevent such gross cruelty from happening.
I freely admit that the situation in Kosovo is not nearly as clearcut. However, international observers _have_ documented genocide, mass graves etc. and even though we are violating the soverignity of a country, we are preventing(or atleast hoping to prevent) a genocide. Like I said in an earlier post, Serbs have crossed a threshold after which the international community should not stand idly by. The goal of the bombing is not and should not be to decimate serbia. It should be to bring them to the bargaining table.
