john, as you can see my wording was very careful, I would not dare accuse anyone, certainly not the Auguste Rene of misdeeds, or misappropriation of shareholders funds. No I suggested that parties interested may find it strange that TTRIF may have paid $20/ton for hauling water (see how careful I am), and thus finding who the lucky recipient of this contract was might be an interesting subject of investigative reporting.

In now way am I impuning the management motives, only that such prices are quite outrageous and indicates that the negotiating skills of management might be wanting. But then, if they were not (the skills, I mean, not the management), they would not have financed their operation with a leaky floorless would they?
