I decided to buy a couple of months ago. This statement in the PR "The current book value of MBHC is approximately $1.43 per share." is bold to say the least. One reason is that when a company makes a statement like that they are putting it on the line and I mean everything. It's your call obviously; I completed my DD and suggest you do the same.. At this trading price I can take the risk. Best wishes:)
