You could have asked an additional questions, is it possible that the same contracting company help build Rene's new house? or if you find out that not to be the case, who owns that lucky construction company? Another question could be what other transactions have occurred between some members of the management team and that construction company outside of the construction for TTRIF. That is a mine gold. Whenever you find costs that are inflated you have to assume either bad judgment and negotiation skills on management's part or worse. I know not which one it is, but any willing party sure could "investigate". Get Starr, I am sure he'll find something, may be even more than a twitch behind a zipper. Zeev
