I would add that the first CDMA network in Japan gets turned on April 15,1999. Some of the their Japanese customers are looking at Latin America, with plans for the 2'nd half of 1999. PDC sale remain strong. 13 million PDC handsets shipped last year. They expect the launch of some TDMA products in the later half of this year which should add to the bottom line. SG&A expenses will be at higher absolute level going forward due to the emphasis on marketing in regions such as North America and Korea.

They are noticing some semi-fab constraint problems (They don't have their own foundary facilities). Execution will be necessary to meet the projections. Demand is not a issue in management's view.

They are planning a Si-Ge RF module to be available in the later half of this year/early 2000.
