The announcement of a Japanese partner will easily run us up over 6 with 10 being the next major resistance. Expect the announcement very soon.

If the trading volume today(so far about 200,000) is any indication of future trading volume for Vivus, its going to take the shorts over 30 trading days to cover.

Mkilloran, Yes mo is finally in our favor and building. UP on HIGH volume DOWN on LOW volume AND....short interest rising which says they are having to fight much harder to keep the price down. It won't work forever. It is somewhat easier to wait now. We are seeing light at the end of the tunnel.
