No chance of war between Russia and NATO. We may hear some heavy rhetoric from Russia but they know their future depends on the West.

3 things: They are desperate, they are warlike, and they are not fools. If in some perverse way they look at the way we treat our vanquished foes, someone in power might just assume that a war with the US is exactly what they need. Nationalism is running very strong is Russia right now. Several ultra right-wing nationalists are jockeying for position as the Yeltzin era draws to a close. I wouldn't rule anything out completely.
