Tom, I am not going to "lead" an investigation of possible misdeed, I own no shares in TTRIF and have not lost any money in the past on his stock either. But frankly, there are a lot of people that have lost a bundle. They may want to pool their resources and find out where all the money has gone.

Point of clarification: I have never been served by Thermo Tech and have not received any "letter" from Thermo Tech legal counsel.
