Peter, I did talk to the co. this morning. Yearly results will be out this afternoon or Monday at the latest. They were in the process of preparing the press release when I called. Also was told to expect an announcement within a week or so regarding the search for financing - presumably positive. One possible reason for increased volume the past few days is housecleaning by mutual funds prior to the end of the quarter, i.e. mutual funds don't want to show that they owned ELI given its poor price performance so they sell it just prior to the quarter end.
