Allen, its got to really bother MU to shell out that royality fee to RMBS. They know RMBS is the next wave and in the driver's seat. There is nothing they can do except pay up and in the meantime continue to stall. IMO the only reason MU's stock went up is because INTC recapitalized them. MU has always had questionable management but been one of the few pure DRAM plays for money managers. Poor excuse for buying a company.
