Todd, were you unable to find out the information I requested about the Rule 144 shares that have been issued and their restrictions? Considering the company is "so close" to having their audit completed I would think that such information could be easily and swiftly obtained by you, ABFG's Director of IR.

Todd, we know from past posts that Daniel passes questions on to you. No sense making the poor kid a middle-"man" here. I think he means well. Please, for the record, please address the Rule 144 share issue, please. Thanks.

- Jeff

P.S. Did I say "please" enough times? (g)

Todd,

Since your associated with the company, I have a question for you.
First of all, I am a shareholder of the company.

My question is. On March 3rd, I called the company and they told me the stock FLOAT was between 3 to 4 million shares, now it's 7.5. Looks like it went up about 4 million. Do you know why?

Thanks in advance, God Bless,
Pask
