For all you idiots that think TTF, the paid tout, properly discloses.

law.uc.edu

Securities Act of 1933
Section 17 -- Fraudulent Interstate Transactions
------------------------------------------------------------------------

b.It shall be unlawful for any person, by the use of any means or instruments of transportation or communication in interstate commerce or by the use of the mails, to publish, give publicity to, or circulate any notice, circular, advertisement, newspaper, article, letter, investment service, or communication which, though not purporting to offer a security for sale, describes such security for a consideration received or to be received, directly or indirectly, from an issuer, underwriter, or dealer, without fully disclosing the receipt, whether past or prospective, of such consideration and the amount thereof.

Now which part don't you comprehend? Does this make it clear to you all that full disclosure is required on EVERY thing TTF puts out concerning any company he is compensated by?

Please read posts 127, 129 these "promoters" must as per SEC rules attach full disclosure of all compensation, and disclaimer to all statements. That way people know that they are being paid to tout the stock. As you know my main problem is not with BFN, but with TTfinancial. The deeper I look into the Mcnabb brothers the worse it stinks. They have been associated with many stocks that have had a classical P & D run up. Check out the GNEN thread, those folks got taken to the cleaners.

FSOL is probably a good company that unfortunately associated itself with a dubious character in the form of TTfinancial. If they dump the Joker they might actually be able to go somewhere.
