Hi Howard -- Thanks for the info and welcome to the thread!

I emailed support with the following suggestions:

They replied that this would be passed on to programming for consideration. Do you have a status on these items?

Thanks...

Mr. Aloha

Howard,

Great product. We are certainly making money with it. Thanks!

My suggestions:

-add a MACD-line to the list of indicators alongside the MACD-histogram
-on MACD-histogram, give a reading for both the bar and the average
-add a Rate of Change indicator to the list (Momentum is roughly the same, but ROC gives sharper signals)

All for now, TC.

Howard,

How about making the last bar "live"?

Thanks,
JT

Howard-

You all need to debug the tracker. Editing requires multiple tries. And the alerts moved from one stock to another when I was forced to delete stocks just to get rid of the alert figures. Deleting the alerts alone was impossible.
But I'm happy with the product. The new version is a lot more temperamental than its predecessor.
Keep improving it, and we'll get the word out.

Howard,
First let me say IQC is a top notch product and the support I have seen is great. I look forward to the upcoming change, especially those dealing with options as that is all I trade.

Here are my questions / suggestions:
1. Will RT Option quotes be snap or dynamic?
2. Will we be able to chart options (ala Quote.com)?
3. Suggestion: Killer app - allow plotting an option with the underlying stock on any of the time frames (similar to plotting MA or other chart indicator). Place the option scale on the left and the stock on the right. Show last ticks in margins for both (again ala Quote.com). No one does this and it is invaluable to me to be able to see option movement vis-a-vis stock movement. I do EOD at Quote.com by printing both charts and manually overlaying them.

For those who are interested (and because I spent a long time trying various products to get a set that I feel will help me trade profitabl), here are the products I use and why:

1. IQC - Best RT charting; IQ zone a good feature; EOD scans simple and fast; favorites list gives quick scan of movement in stocks/indices of interest.

2. AIQ - Good RT charting but I prefer IQC format; great RT indicators; excellent TA tools; powerful programming/reporting; good data download for large stock lists; exports to most other program formats.

3. MeatStock - great TA tool; use it for EOD analysis; very flexible charting; powerful programming and expert tools; good for scans of EOD data; uses AIQ's exported data.

FWIW,
John
