This week I saw a report that the big players can sell all
positions in small lots in order to reduce visibility. The
example was some huge block sold in lots that averaged
200 shares. I think it's automated.

I was under the impression that MktMkr's wer required to show what orders they had? Isn't there supposed to be a new rule coming into effect soon where that's required???
