SPDE is on the run. All buys coming in. Prepair for the second run. Just got off the phone with my cousin, who is a broker on Wall Street, he said there are a lot of whispers going around about that company.

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA (March 26) BUSINESS WIRE -March 26,
1999--Cyrs-Tel(OTC Bulletin Board:CYSS) Crys-Tel
Telecommunications.com, Inc (OTC-BB-CYSS) and TeleMatrix announced
today an agreement to interconnect and share traffic between their
Internet Telephony networks. TeleMatrix is the largest IP Telephony
carrier in Asia with 37 access points in Japan, 3 in China, 3 in U.S.
and one each in Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and France. Crys-Tel is a
leading International Internet Telephony service provider with two
network access points in Canada and 3 in Italy, and plans to deploy 200

companies' peering relationship provides both organizations with an
expanded footprint and a larger worldwide network for both customers of
Crys-Tel and TeleMatrix.

"With the substantial portion of our Asia network deployed on schedule
we are now targeting other particular international destinations," said
David Kleiman, vice president, North American Operations, TeleMatrix.
"Our relationship with Crys-Tel provides us each with an entry to new
markets, through cooperative interconnection and operating agreements."

"Using strategic alliances to expand our IP Telephony network
amplifies the reach of our IP long distance service," said Mr. Edward
Yau, President of Crys-Tel Telecommunications. "This alliance expands
the Crys-Tel Calling footprint into Asia and the biggest winners in
this agreement are the customers of both companies who gain a global
calling area that still has the savings associated with IP."
