taro - that was probably one of the stupidest posts I have ever read. Congratulations!! There must be some kind of award for it. I own many comm IC companies - PMC is merely one of them. "Losing my shirt"? what the **&^%$ are you talking about? I have made tons of money and will continue to make tons of money on this company. Intel brings NOTHING to PMC except $. While $ is certainly a good thing, I doubt PMC would want to sell out. They are positioned right where INTC wants to go - not the other way around. I think its pretty clear INTC needs as many Comm IC players as they can find willing to sell - they have stated as much. Please - when you don't know what you're talking about, its better to be silent, than open your mouth and let people know it. BD
