The QWST / GMGC rumor is fueled in the GMGC thread See, e.g.: Message 8483750 where a poster quotes from an interview with Joe Nacchio of QWST about its plans for an IP network and continued partnering with leaders in the field. The interview does not mention GMGC by name, but the poster on the GMGC thread interprets it as positive for GMGC. The interview is in Forbes ASAP 4/5/99 edition on page 84 and online at forbes.com Doug (long QWST - no position in GMGC)
