Discount convertible financing is always nice leverage on the short side. Sooner or later it extracts a terrible toll on stocks. Bill's threads are littered with the carcasses to prove it.

But sometimes the patient has a last twist or convulsion. Takes patience. ICCAC is trading at 10, and they have even less chance of ever producing a commercially viable product than VLNC.
