Spoke with Patty Hupfeld (MBHC) @ 412-278-6272 and she was not prepared to answer the O/S or Float. She stated they would be providing answers to these questions soon (I asked within one month and she replied sooner and a few more releases). A PR firm is hired from Pittsburg which is also a positive note. I also asked about the $1.43 current book value and she repeated this is a very accurate figure. So, do your DD and best wishes:)
