Heads up:

Talked to the IR people for ALTS yesterday and was told that ALTS may have to file an extension for the 10-Q, although she was not sure of that. She said she would contact me as soon as she had something definitive.

Apparently the transition from PW is taking a few days longer then they figured (my thoughts - not hers.) Plus, I'm sure PW is a bit peeved over the fact that ALTS is handing over the sensitive documents as part of its settlement. These docs presumably will expose PW to liability and thus more money for the lawyers and a few pennies for the rest of us.

There is a possibility that some here might sell some of their shares because they will mistakenly read into the delay as something beyond the pure logistics that it is. I'm buying on any dip -- for sure, although we are solid at just under a buck.

The 10-Q is going to be uninspiring anyway as we all know. Those awaiting anything of value from the 10-Q will probably find little, however, the company has made enormous strides since 12/31/98 that almost make the report nothing more then a formality.

I also have a sincere hunch that ALTS management is making arrangements with a friendly party for cash and may want to blend the two announcements. Probably non-US and likely a UK entity.

I know some think I'm crazy, but I see $3.00 buy Q2 end. Within the next three months we can reasonably expect:

> Cash Infusion
> Contract Wins
> Application for NASDAQ relisting
> Some broader positive press

Call it 50 cents per piece.
