BVSN ... from briefing.com ... it seems like the analyst doesn't know what's going on ... he downgrades the stock but raises the stock price??? BroadVision Inc. (BVSN) 61 5/16 +2 5/16: Kaufman Bros. downgrades provider of software and implementation services for Web content from short-term "buy" to "hold" rating based on valuation; believes valuation could be jeopardized in the next 3-6 months due to possible unforeseen events in the company's performance and/or within peer group; nonetheless, raises 12-month price target from $45 to $70 based on ability to command a premium valuation as a successful Internet related company.....
