Looks like my sources were right and VTEH is starting it's move. Volume is picking up and the price is heading higher. Targetzero

Over I million shares traded on Friday and we closed at $0.94. This is the highest level VTEH has been in a long time and it is a very bullish sign. Looks like someone is accumulating a lot of stock and the shakeout seems to be complete, as they are now bidding up the price. Next week is going to be extremely interesting and profitable and with some NEWS that is expected IMHO, VTEH should break out to new and all time highs. Targetzero
