Thanks ofr your articulate response. Perhaps I should refrain from simplistic examples to describe complicated situations. Fact is that I dont know enough of the background, or the legitimacy of US or NATO in bombing serbia. However, the human rights violations in Balkans, Tibet, Myanmar, Congo etc. in this day and age should be unacceptable to us. Maybe US or NATO aren't the worldcops, but I think some organization should exist to enforce "human decency" and prevent atrocities(think UN's failed in this regard).
