To All: I sent an e-mail to Reynolds inquiring about how NSKY paid for today's announced acquisition: Here is his response:

Dear Don:
        You have inquired as to how New Sky financed the purchase of the 40% interest in The Movie Place. I loaned the Company the funds on an unsecured promissory note. The details of the purchase will be set forth in our first quarter Form 10-Q.
