Oops, sorry Chatty. I typed your name wrong in post 918.

Just to set the record straight, I should have typed Jeffrey Chatfield, not Greg Chattfield.

Not only did I get your first name wrong, I also got the wrong number of t's in your last name.

To try to make it all clear who is who, I'll recap this for everyone:

Chatfield was the broker who was employed by a string of defunct brokerages. At the time of Greg Writer's fine for stock manipulation, Chatfield was employed by Brennan Ross, which was also named in the same stock manipulation charge by the NASD. Brennan Ross was a penny stock brokerage with a record of abusing investors.

My apologies Mr. Chatfield, for the error.

Have a nice day.

From Chatty's U-4:

Employing Firm: FIRST AMERICA EQUITIES CORP.
Firm CRD Number: 7652
Office of Employment
Address: DENVER, Colorado
80210

Perhaps interestingly, at one time or another both of the Baby Useltons (now of NATC) worked for First America...

John,

Here's some stuff that references Flemming, Anderson, Cohen, & Lee, Inc.:

sec.gov

Besides references to Flemming, etc. there is also a reference to Peter Tosto. Hmmm... That's a very familiar name to me. Let me think a minute. Aha! Here:
