Daniel, thing logically. ABFG made acquisitions. Unless they paid all cash, there must have been an exchange of stock. How much was exchanged, what were the restrictions on it, and is it still out there? If they paid cash, it must have come from somewhere. Where? Did they raise it via a 504 (up to $1 million that does not have to be registered with the SEC), or did the cash come directly from the pockets of the directors?
