Lucent's enterprise networking strategy.

It seems to me that a lot is being made of Cisco and Lucent being on a collision course in telecom networking, but little is being made of the collision course in enterprise networking where Cisco dominates. It appears to me that Lucent is focusing on wireless networks which should eventually replace the Cat5 cables that seem to be everywhere in my office both at home and at the "real office."

Complete enterprise network mobility seems just as inevitable as IP over telecom networks. Any comments totally welcome.
