All brokers are allowed to provide up to 70% margin. But they also have the right to offer no margin at all. The point here is that some brokers may be getting scared and may be getting reluctant to provide margin capital for BII transactions.

It's probably a non-issue anyway but I think the more BII develops into a cash market the stronger will be its resilience.
