Finally I cornered him on a table next to a window, thwacked at him with a broom, and out he sailed. THe immediate picture this brings to mind is of you yelling, "Fore!" Or perhaps "Squirrel!", a golflike swing, and the squirrel soaring 400 yards into a tree, onlookers oohing and aahing. Ectoplasm- that was the word I couldn't think of. There was no blood- which is why I thought of the occult. My fear is that I'll go to put on a pair of shoes Palm Sunday morning and -squish. No more tales of the supernatural. My feathers are glossy and sleek. I was a perfect lady at all times. EVEryone is lucky that the coup hadn't occurred at that time.
