Shares of FiNet (FNHC) jumped 1/2, or 12 percent, to 4 5/8. The online
mortgage provider is in talks with two portal companies for a major
partnership, sources close to the company said. FiNet also is getting a lift after another online mortgage provider, E-Loan (EELN), filed with the SEC for a stock offering that the Dublin, Calif., company estimated could raise as much as $55.2 million. Goldman Sachs and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette are co-managing the deal.

I picked up some @ 4 5/8.
edit A@P has shorted this stock in the past. I have played this
one twice in the past.
