The gap has closed this week, from 12% (138 vs 122) to 7% (150 7/8 vs 140 1/2). With XCIT +13% to ATHM +8% it looks like the gap is closing to the postive. I was encouraged by the merger restructing talk (not that I like layoffs, but you wouldn't think they would be talking about it if they didn't think the merger was going to happen).

The close above 140 is very bullish IMHO - I hope the momentum carries through next week.

Steve, What's your opinion on the Priceline.com IPO slated for Monday? Seems a lot of people think this will be a "moon shot". Personally I don't think so, with 142 million shares, a float of 10 million, a business plan that's questionable, slim margins, and an extreme amount of debt, it's hard to see this happening.

I'll take my shares if I get them, but will most likely dump them before the close...
