Broke2, read the rules again. 5 days out of 20 where average trade is 5 or over. This is day 2. With the restrictions, though, I wouldn't worry about the expanded float. It will take a while to get their shares out, and even then IF they sell all of them, the float will still be only around 8 million. That is NOT a lot of shares.
