Henry that is exactly correct. Cable and ISPs have traditionally stayed away from rural communities because of the spacing and hook-up costs. However you should realize in the past 10 years phone service saturation in rural areas went from about 50% to 80%. Since ONEM provides internet services via dial-up, the RBOCs have already borne the brunt of connecting the customers.

In regards to their debt structure, I haven't read the prospectus. You should be aware it's not really the costs, profit margins or even quality of the product that determines success in a market - it's the mass appeal. ONEM is a consolidation of 17 ISPs. That in itself depicts the hegemon ONEM will eventually become.
