VLNC: CC Investments, LDC is selling 1,702,583 shares of Valence common. STOCKHOLDERS: stock issuable to CC Investments upon the conversion of preferred stock and exercise of a warrant issued to CC Investments in a private financing.

Just a matter of time until this one is toast. I made a few bucks on ALTIF last year and gave up. Never seen a scam that wouldn't die, except they don't spend much money or sell too much stock.
