You are not going wrong. It is clear that CPQ did not get much profit off its PC sales last quarter. It is getting most of its profit from the DEC service business that it bought. IBM also is underwater on its profits from the PC business. These companies do not have the SG&A margins necessary to be significantly profitable.

This was a closeout - original price was $699. Assuming we believe the CPQ claim that they make 20% at the $699 price, this was sold at cost.
