Annual Report out this week: it looks like we may well see the annual report this week, rather than an extension request. no final news on the Telebrands deal, but Telebrands is running a half hour infomercial that monte filmed and other ads in selected markets. this test marketing hopefully will result in Telebrands finalizing the deal. two positves: (1) ULTR is supplying Telebrands with product, which should help first half '99 (i don't know if it helps 1Q99, which would be nice); (2) if Telebrands starts up production, ULTR will see the royalty once they go -- this means 2Q99 could be VERY good. other news: ULTR is shipping to k-mart this week and next, and it looks like they have a solution to their credit issue, which we should hear about ion the annual report.
