Maybe it's also because they can't find affordable housing elsewhere because everyone sees dollar signs dancing in their heads. I've answered your questions and you've proven that you have no idea what your talking about except that you can't see past your own wallet. Hope you make a killing with the rest of us but I for one make it a point to donate to my favorite charities and volunteer during the holidays to help serve that turkey dinner to those who can't afford one of their own. Makes me feel good inside as a person. IT'S CALLED COMPASSION. There's a bigger picture that you obviously can't see and I feel sorry for you.
