I switched my office....I spend about $500 per month and the quality is just fine. I frankly do not notice a great cost savings (strangely). I pay 7.9 per minute with Qwest.

I got my brother on the same program. He lives in L.A. and IS having some problems. There seems to "be a bad relay switch" which causes an echoing sound. When he speaks you can hear his voice repeated a few miliseconds after. He is very frustrated and I feel badly.
