I'm confident that the ASND/LU deal will be consummated. Tim was asking for dates of the LU's split(which we know) and the acquisition(which we don't know for sure).

It looks more and more like the deal is not running into any hitches. The risk spread has closed considerably these past few days. I also suspect that Hart-Scott-Rodino approval is imminent in light of, among other things, the fact that some arbs were busy today betting in favor of the merger's closure (judging by the narrowing of the spread in the risk premium and the high volume in asnd relative to lu's volume today, as well as some block trading in both stocks after the close).
