A.R.: Under normal circumstances, I would agree, but the massive number of negative warnings that have flowed from the PC/semi sector makes waiting for the rise, a risky bet. For the first time in a long while, I'm prepared to take a bit more risk, just to make sure I'm there for the punts. Look at MU,....$80. to $47 in a few weeks. When market participants feel they have been fibbed to, they can be nasty. I personally think Intel is going to lean heavily on the entire market once it fesses up to its growing problems.
