Dear Jorj,

I have more information about the technology. I took some notes, and this is supposed to be on the website too. The website I am told will be going up tomorrow. Here is what I took notes on. I don't understand all of this very well. The idea is called acoustiphotoelectromagnetic resonance. You can actually talk to the monitor screen and the software changes it into your voice over the internet. A java apple which is a program converts the voice to digital signals by sampling light waves. Then compressed by using a g723 algorithm then the gateway decompresses the voice to 64bps and then it is sent to a public switch network. then the same thing is done in reverse. I do not understand what this means exactly. All I know is that they say that you can make a free phone call. I asked about how couldit be free because it sounds like it will cost money for a gateway and a switch and the telephone and all that. What I was told was that they will hae some advertising on the site but not alot. They say you need an xvga monitor and you need a fast modem too. I also asked about the private placement but they said that they cant talk about that because they are trying to make sure they don't break any rules and they said that they can't advertise for a stock offering except by some rules that they will be finding out from an attorney but that should not be a problem and that would also be on the site but maybe not tomorrow. They said that they looked at the Silicon Investor site and that they would supply all information about the technology when the website is going up which they said will be tomorrow. That's all I could find out but I will be watching for the website which is www.funphone.com

Sincerely,

Dick
