The reference to 3 or 4 year time frame for 3G I interpret as referring to EUROPE only and perhaps from the consumers' perspective. 3G coming to US and Japan a lot faster. And, besides, it takes time to upgrade the carrier's systems. Revenue stream will start coming in.

BTW, after hours trading remained fairly stable near the closing price on nasd.

With the time frame to complete the sale of the infrastructure division and the uncertainties of remaining financing commitments and commitments to deliver product, it would seem to me that we may be in for some harried times surrounding the next few quarterly earnings reports. It is going to be more difficult to predict the earnings, and I do have a concern that with the way the market reacts (or perhaps overreacts) relatively small differences may cause the price to unreasonably decline on account of the adjustments, transition factors that really don't have any actual impact on the company going forward. Management is going to have to be particularly open to prepare the analysts for the numbers and what's behind them, clarifying where this transition is coming into play. I will assume the analysts will be focusing on this problem, too, so there analysis and estimates will not be thrown off. Any thoughts?
