Mr. Goldstein, known for having several bad companies, has no affiliation with the company at this point. Doggert who is affiliated with Goldstein currently owns aprox. 300,000 shares. Company Plan- American Benefits Group, ABFG, is a company who is trying to revolutionize the way people go shopping. No company has ever even tried to accomplish what ABFG is trying to do. They have only skimmed the surface of this new idea. The E-commerce craze has been spreading like wildfires. It seems as though every day a new company announces that they will be selling there products over the internet. From such things as jewlery to cars and trips. If the internet continues growing at the rapid pace that it has been recently, it will be almost impossible to browse through the multi-millions of e-commerce webpages to find what you are looking for. Because of this dilemma such companies as IMAL have been opening up malls over the internet. Most of them have just been many links under different categories. But ABFG is planning on revolutionizing all of that. 3D is the way to go. They are planning on creating the first 3D, interactive, shopping mall over the internet. You can shop in the gemstore, adventures and travels, the vitamin store, etc... They continue to add more and more stores weekly. They hope to have over 100 stores by the year 2005, bringing in aprox. $776 mil. a year. If that wasn't enough. ABFG also has a big mining project going on in Madgascar where they collect gems to create earrings, rings, etc... Financial information- Currently there is no financial information. They are a non-reporting OTC BB company which is a major downside. They are working on their audits and are almost done. All they need to finish is the engeneering part and the xxxx. They are checking all the legal issues to see whether they can release any un-audited numbers before they are legally eble to release the audited ones. The earliest time that we will see the un-audited numbers are March 31st. The earliest for the audited numbers are begining of June. Madagascar Trip- The trip will be taking place Labor day weekend. They will be flying investors, instituional investors, and gem appraisers to show that the mines are real etc... There has been some doubt due to the fact that the photos shown are doctored. Internet TV- Weekly broadcast for now. Soon, they hope to have it 7/24. It will have infomercials etc... TV- producers. Running infomercials. Roedeo-island. for the products. 70 work there.
