Sap hasn't hit the bottom yet. Psft... I don't know... I actually think they are near the bottom pricewise with their current cash position etc but their future looks so bad I see no hope of them going up (which might be a buy signal for you... ha!).

OK but since you like to bet against high flyers then you should keep Siebel in mind. Don't short now.... but late this year, maybe.... I hate to say this about Sebl but they have a strong niche just like Psft did or Itwo. What we have seen in software, is that these products eventually hit a wall... and the fact that psft and itwo and sap are so desperate for biz and front office is the only space left to mine I think there could be trouble ahead.... Oracle is already hitting sebl hard for example.

Of course it is possible that Sebl will devour these weak players as opposed to being weakened by them... too tough to call now. But faced with a choice between shorting Sebl or msft I would pick Sebl, only because there are stormclouds in their space unlike msft.

Don't short Siebel now though. I am speculating here.
