Exactly: what kind of company refuses to return phone calls; and bounces e-mails back: a company that does not give a rat's ass for its shareholders. It is a company, as I argued before my misbegotten conversion, run by its officers and convertible share holders, for their benefit. TMEX once said paulson sounded like a used car salesman; this was after his cnbc "performance"; how true: I listened to the conference call; the voice inflection, the hesitations; the refusal to pin things down. The claim that this company will be debt free by march 31: fat chance! This campany has treated its shareholders like we were a bunch of rusty ol' used cars-- particularly those unfortunate enough to buy in the high teens. if they delay or cancel this ipo expect a flood to the exit doors: and with that vast exodus a drop in stock price that will land with an ear deafening THUD.
