Fact Verification of JJS64- Part I We have read carefully your due diligence comments for quite some time and will continue to read your work in the future. To give us comfort level on your facts, we did some due dilligence of our own. If you could please answer (one by one) each question it would be quite helpful: 1) On March 25, at 4:31PM, you wrote about a company called Asia Media. In paragraph (3) you state "GEM Ventures (Whose company did some privates for Diana/Coyote a few years ago)". We have contacted senior management of both Diana/Coyote (CYOE) and GEM Advisors (NASD/SIPC)at 712 5th Avenue and principals of GEM Ventures and all claim no private placement was ever completed by GEM or any GEM entity nor were they aware of any transaction. Simply put, please answer this question: Where did you get this information? We look forward to part II.

Sorry for the delay but to answer all of your questions is no. Put it like this the company is going to have to make announcement on how they are planning to get onto the NASDAQ, and to make an announcement on their future plans if they wish to keep the stock price at this level or it will become a pump and dump stock. Calling the investor relations dept. and finding out for yourself these questions would be a good idea. Don't search the net to many loops and lies. I don't expect you to believe me or to read what I am writing. Just do your own research and consult your broker if you are smart enough to have one or access to one. I think they have come across something that could have a great out look for the near future. These questions were asked by me and they weren't answered by them. Oh by the way I have been a member with techstocks for about 2 1/2 years I normally don't talk on message boards because of all of the crap and BS people put on it. Everybody nows more than the other and nobody wants to help one out. Rip and tear apart.
