Chas, sorry to see you go, but you must do what you feel is best for you.

I'm opting for giving Cyber more time, based on the fact that management seems very eager to address traders concerns (see posts from Mark Stryker).

If it weren't for that, and the outstanding tech support, I'd be long gone.

And thank you for expressing yourself - I certainly don't want to seem like a lone "trouble-maker". After my posts, I received a flood of PMs and emails from Cyber customers, so I know my experiences are not isolated.

I posted my frustrations in the hope that Cyber realizes the depth of the problems and takes measures to correct them, before they lose customers. Many don't bother to complain - they just leave, and that comes as an unwelcome surprise. My hope is that Cyber has been alerted, and they can take measures to prevent shrinkage of their customer base. Too bad it's happening too late to retain you!

Good luck.

Morgan

The whistle and bells are what looked so great to me as well and convinced me to go with cyber. However, the whistle and bells are that much more helpful if they give you time to react. I may be wrong but I think Cyber's list of highs and lows and approaching highs and lows are about 4 to 5 minutes delayed. I am sure that we will hear a response from their camp soon.
