JW Steve, some points to correct your misleading post.

this was my last post on EFAX, it deals with questions reg. viability of their business and so on...

Message 8532637

It is not bullish, as I think EFAX is in the "check" phase. So they can "fold" or they really have something to show, like ad revenues, contract, user base etc. The point is that I'm looking at EFAX from a $4.75 perspective, ie. for me it is still skyhigh (if I owned shares, which I don't presently). I stated that the $15 bottom was good "just for a trade".

I will have to lookup the actual amount of filed insider sales at bloomberg, however, it doesn't look lethal as its 10% of the float, not the outstanding shares of which its roughly 6%. But I'll have to count.

Re: NAVR

t's not going to go to 8 or 9, it would have done that already. So I take a block of those free puts you offered hereby. Thanks.

If you want to see what an IPO backdoor can do if "orderly promoted" then look at DLIA and ZD recent (3-months) action. Note that the DLIA Iturf IPO isn't just 'round the corner, but due in May and ZD began its steady rise some time ahead.

C.

I'll get back in; but inmy view it's sort of silly to have money stewing in the "wait till ipo" mode. it's a bit like musical chairs; who'll be the schumck left with no chair: someone's got to buy at that high point to let all of those "waiting" sell. it's a wierd crazy game;Anthony calls a "short"; navr stumbles and turns south. This ipo speculation game feeds on greed, fear; hope you're lucky enough to get off the train with a profit; and not those left on holding the bag at 27 , 33, 45, whatever. Look at itvu: goes from 40 to 54, back down to 45-46, withina few hours. Need to bein quick and out quick; or like warren buffet: buy quality and put it away and watch it age.
